These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FatherlyEchoes.com website (“Website”), owned and operated by Fatherly Echoes Recording Studio (“we,” “our,” “us”), a sole proprietorship registered in Lucena City, Quezon Province, Philippines.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. If your account is terminated, you will receive an email notification.

• Artist crowdfunding via merch affiliate programs

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) Rules

• No hate speech, homophobia, racism, excessive profanity, or adult content.

• No trolling, harassment, or abusive behavior.

• Lyrics containing slurs will not be censored, but malicious use may result in action.

• Users are responsible for the content they upload (images, MP3s, videos, links).

• We reserve the right to remove reported or inappropriate content without prior notice.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed via PayPal and PayMongo.

• Refund Policy:

  • Subscriptions: Refundable within 3 days of purchase.

  • Merchandise: Refundable only if production has not started.

  • Damaged or already purchased merchandise: No refunds.

• All refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

• All logos, images, recordings, and Website content are owned by Fatherly Echoes Recording Studio, unless otherwise stated.

• Artists retain ownership of their uploaded content. We will not reupload it elsewhere without permission.

• By uploading content, you grant us permission to display it within your own posts on the Website.

6. Promotions & Results Disclaimer

• We provide tools, courses, and tutorials to assist with promotions and crowdfunding, but we do not guarantee results.

• Participation in events, crowdfunding, or merch affiliate programs is at your own risk.

7. Service Availability & Liability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website or services.

• We are not responsible for data loss, downtime, or technical issues beyond our control.

• Use of the Website is at your own risk.

8. Termination of Services
